By Editor 54 Virtually each bill needs constitutional review by a federal judge, especially of late. Basically, if one qualifies for food stamps, one qualifies for indigent status in federal court, and as such enjoys waived court costs, filing fees and appointed federal civil attorney.

We now know, according to CNN, as of the early hours of November 9th, 62% of the voters in Ohio from 28% of the precincts have voted to repeal a controversial law affecting teachers, police officers, and other public employees, and moreover, it projects that the law will NOT go into effect once all votes are tallied. This is considered a major victory for public employees – a major defeat for some Republicans.
